Automatic shot blasting machine is a highly productive and cost-effective system for blast cleaning of mild steel. These machines contain a blasting cabinet on which wheel assembly fixed on multiple motors at 3600 for all sides blast cleaning. A mix of steel abrasive is fed to the blast wheel and it comes out at high speed at the periphery of the wheel through edges of wheel blades. The spent abrasive is conveyed to the bottom of the bucket elevator which lifts it to the Air-wash/Separator system, here the abrasive is cleaned and this clean abrasive is again recycled through the machine.
